I have a michael kors whitney stainless steel watch with glitz accents how do i remove a link?

I had the same problem with the band being too large. I just took it to my friend who is a watch repair person. He took it for me. I was afraid I would mess it up and I would have. There are 2 very sharp tools and one hammer he uses to put the pins back in. I would recommend you take it to a jeweler or a watch repair shop Beautiful watch. I didn't want to mess it up.
