It explains the formula's needed for biomechanics in a very easy-to-understand format, while also explaining why you need them. THe book was extremely helpful.

Not at all for dummies! This is the meat, bones, and musculature that you need to know if you want to animate accurately, exercise knowledgeably, or understand anatomy better. The only thing missing is good color drawings, which Dummies books never have (a dumb publishing decision), though the line drawings here are useful.

Originally meant as a gag, this provides a great resource to assist in my daily job activities.

Organized and engaging, but had quite a lot of errors in the chapter on nervous system control. Do not rely on any information from that chapter for exams, essays, projects, etc. Kinematic recording chapter was also outdated. Please note the five star rating, regardless.

My son commented that he would need to revisit this topic before the relevant module in his degree course, so I suggested he looked at the ... For Dummies .. book. wWe had a look at the sample and he said .. I wish I'd known about this last year. Since it arrived I have noticed it open in his room .. so I believe it has been a success and money well spent
