I really like this product. I got interested in functional mushrooms and originally started taking a functional mushroom blend this fall in an effort to boost my immune system. This brand has excellent reviews and safety data. I feel great from taking it and honestly have not gotten sick at all this winter despite having 2 small children who come home from school with all kinds of germs. I feel like it’s helped me with my anxiety levels as well.The bag is small and the price seems comparable to other high quality mushroom brands, the bag lasts a long time if you take 1/2 teaspoon a day, I mix it in coffee or make a hot chocolate with it by adding some cocoa powder, collagen and almond milk. I don’t mind the taste and if you add a little hot water to it and give a good stir it mixes in well.

These just arrived yesterday and I am already in love. It is not common for people to feel anything the first time taking (most) supplements/extracts, but I definitely felt the effects when I had these yesterday evening. I am very in tune with my body and can tell when I have the slightest bit of seed oils, sugar, or dairy (excluding raw milk) and anything else that I normally do not consume. The taste was a little strong when I had it in turmeric & ginger tea last night. However, the 5 Blend went well in my coffee and I actually like the taste. I do drink my coffee black, so if you like to jazz up your coffee then I would probably add a little more jazz if putting these in it. I usually drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning, but today I feel completely wired with just two and I will try only having one tomorrow as I feel a little too wired for my liking.If you are looking for specific benefits with using mushrooms then I would do your homework and see which ones work the best to achieve your goals. Also, do your research on the company with any supplements (I did and there are very few that are the real deal, Real Mushrooms is a rarity). Many mushroom extracts (as mentioned in other reviews) can literally be just grain and/or saw dust depending on the manufactures process. Plus, you will want to make sure that if they are coming out of China that they are grown in the mountains, as Real Mushrooms are. Otherwise, soil in the lower elevations of China are depleted and many times the produce will have higher levels of toxic elements.Overall, even though it is only day two, I feel better. I can't wait to see the benefits as they will only increase with continued use. I will try and update this review in 30 days with the benefits that I am seeing.

I was sick for a month last winter, I caught every cold and flu back to back. I started taking this daily along with maybe a lion's mane or a reishi powder, in a hot drink with collagen powder, chicory root and cocao powder. It's delicious, I haven't been sick all year so far and I can only imagine this powder really works! Love it, have it on subscription now.

I’ve been using Sacred 7 for years. Thought I would try this. It is a very small amount inside a small bag. I feel like for the amount and the hefty price, the value is not there for me in comparison to other similar products. Good product, just not for me.

Easy to use...great in my morning coffee

I decided to try this product at the suggestion of a friend. I used this by mixing 1/2 teaspoon into hot water (like a tea) and drank it in the evening. It definitely has an earthy taste to it, which I usually don't love, but this taste definitely grew on me...and quickly. I also noticed how good it made my stomach feel after drinking it - it has a soothing quality to it that makes me reach for it whenever my stomach feels a little off. It also helps me to feel more relaxed as well. Overall, I really like this product. It seems to been pure, without fillers, and is one of the few health food supplements that I take that I can actually feel the effects of immediately. Definitely worth the try!

I’m sure that this is a very good product, however, for myself, it caused great G.I. problems. I had stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. I mixed it with coffee and it was difficult to blend until I got out my little battery operated mixer than it mixed just fine. I wish I could have taken this as it seemed like a quality product. But I suppose for some of us it’s just not going to agree with our particular systems. Wish it was returnable, but I know that it is not.
