Good but be careful, if your window glass is too thin this will break it.

This seemed like a good idea. But the outside of my windows were quite dirty so there is no way the tiny little cleaning pad on the corner of the device would be able to clean. There is no way to add a larger cleaning cloth to get the job done.While I applaud the effort to design attempt, this did not work well for me.

I figured out that 1 is the lowest setting and that you "dial" it after the two pieces are facing one another on the glass. Make sure to tie off the string - I used the handle of the window. Once you get a rhythm and flow going it works pretty well - you just have to learn the right pattern for the squeegee part to get your window clean. Then I bring the device toward the open part of the window and use a piece of paper towel to get the last bit - because the minute you stop to grab it you have a smudge. The windows here which open just enough to get your arm out and are 3 stories up are the cleanest I've seen in 6 years of working here. These things work - you just have to figure it out yourself because the instructions are bupkiss.

Window cleaner was excellent because it had five different settings so that my double pane windows could be cleaned quite effectively. A lot of these window cleaners don’t seem to have any adjustability. This one had five different settings and with my 11/16 inch thick Pella windows it worked wonderfully. Sticky enough but if it did not have this kind of adjustment it would not have worked on my double pane windows so well. I am extremely pleased with this product and it did in fact exceed my expectations. I only wish that the attached cord was about two or 3 feet longer so that I could reach larger windows that were further away.

I loove this glass cleaner for my high windows! this is very useful thanks to its very strong magnet so I can clean the windows from inside and outside at the same time! the handle is simple to hold and it comes with a security strin as well! I also love the design and the tan colour! really convenient!

Great for cleaning higher level windows on inside and out if it did what was represented. Clumsy to use and the magnet adjustment is worse than doing the entire job by hand. Seemed like a great idea. Tried numerous times and followed directions. Heavy piece falls and breaks glass and or the window framing. Cleaning was not good, even with the few minutes it looked like it might work. Busted arms, fingers, hands, glass, frames. Nope, awful!!

It fell a few times. It did the job. It wasn’t as easy as I thought.

too powerful the magnets is not easy to use

The product does not work on my 20mm thick windows. The magnet level 1 is not strong enough to snap together and then adjust to a stronger level is not possible because of that. It works well on thin glass. Unfortunately I can't use this for the purpose I bought it for.

The product looks good and works well on thinner windows.However, it was not having enough strength for our double-glazing windows (between 25 and 30mm thick). The product is advertised as 5-30mm but the 1 page brochure supplied with the product clearly states it will work on 7.5mm-25mm. See attached photo.I returned the product that did not fit with the spec and my use.

Wasn't sure how this would go, we have some double glazed and some single, two story house. I didn't want to by 2 so I got this adjustable one. Pads wash out well, took awhile to do as the pads needed to be cleaned often, but it cleaned fantastically. Just DO NOT catch your finger between the plates accidently.

I wish I could give this item 100 stars! After watching a youtube video on how to use it, it worked flawlessly. The difference it made to my view from an 11th floor is incredible. I highly recommend it!

It is easy to use and finally, I had my window clean. the magnetic force is HARD to adjust but it gets the job done.
