Shallow drawers, Chips easily

The drawers only open half way, some of the drawers won’t stay shut, the drawers are very shallow.
Looks good, easy to assemble, not a great product.

Great dresser, wish it was delivered differently
I was on the fence about this dresser because of mixed reviews. For the price I do think it’s a beautiful dresser and very heavy !. The drawers could be deeper for more storage but overall pleased with the size. And they are lined with black felt. The color is a dark blue almost closer to black. The hardware is a shiny brass not burnished in person. The only thing I am upset about with this item is the damage. I wasn’t home when it was delivered and it was left outside in the rain. When I brought it in and unboxed the corners were damaged. I’m hoping to fix so it’s not noticeable. Will update photos when it’s all finished as I still haven’t put the handles on.

Cheap
The top left drawer has broken twice and we have only had it for a few months. I love the dresser but it is not good quality. Do not waste your money on this dresser!

Poor customer service and product was broken
I’ve tried several times to contact customer service about a broken drawer and the way it was delivered. The dresser itself is what I expected but drawer came damaged with no resolve to this issue. Still hoping for a response.
