This product has an excellent taste and a satisfying thickness, which I really appreciate. I'm now halfway through the bottle, and I can confidently say I noticed a significant difference when I took it on an almost empty stomach. I’ve realized that taking it after eating doesn't yield the same results. For me, the best approach is to avoid eating anything for at least four hours before bed. Initially, I didn’t notice any effects, but last night, April 18th, 2025, it really kicked in. I consistently take about 32 ml each night, and while I'm nearing the end of the bottle, I'm contemplating trying something different.
