I won't be buying a new phone again. It arrived in very good condition with a small hair line crack in the top corner. You don't know it's there unless you look for it. The phone itself as a good battery and does everything I need it to. The pen is great for making notes and copying text. Really pleased

Very good phone, came like brand new, not even a scratch. I’ve been using the phone for about 4 weeks now and I am very happy with the overall performance, build quality and features. Don’t r money buying the brand new Samsung Note, just get the Note 10 or Note 10+, battery also lasts ages

So I bought this from Amazon renewed as a replacement for my other Note10+ 5G, which I broke the screen of. It was supplied by NextDay mobiles as an "Average" condition.Well, it was far from Average condition It was pristine. I can't find a mark on it. Battery life is good (I would say its about 85% of a new battery, since my previous phone literally had a new Samsung battery replaced 3 days previously to my destroying it), everything seems to be running well after 4 weeks, case and screen are immaculate, all the ports work OK, and it was delivered next day on a Sunday (3 days earlier than expected). Oh, and it was less than £228, which is incredible value since a screen replacement would have cost me £300+. It also has a 12 month returnable warranty, which opefully I won't need.Well done NextDay mobiles.

The phone is perfect, excellent condition although 2 very minor blemishes they're not visible once the cover is in place, they really are tiny.Very pleased.

An excellent Mobile if sent in good conditionWhen arrived May 21st £327.49 from Dig 'n Delve it was in a plain box with minimal packaging. On first seeing the mobile it looked great although not sparkly clean. I cleaned the screen which is when I then noticed what looked like a small 5mm scratch a couple of centimetres from the bottom and almost centre of the screen. At first, I thought I could live with this but the more I looked at it the more I realised it was not a slight surface scratch. At arm’s length my eye was drawn to it. Using the screen pen there was a definite jump in the stylus as it passed over the scratch and the scratch was deep. By now, as it was deep I was also worried that like a car windscreen this deep scratch might be a weakness and gradually spread across the screen.I new my eye would always be attracted to this mark on the screen so immediately requested a refund with this reason for the return.I had to wait for a return label to be sent via email and I had to pay the £7 for the return in the hope that as this was a valid reason for return that their policy would give me back the cost of postage.I did not receive back the cost of postage. I am cross that the mobiles screen was not in good condition and had such a deep scratch yet still sent out. I have a Note 8 I have had for several years and the screen on that is almost like new, so quite difficult to cause this damage. Recommend paying a little more and be assured of a like new Note10+

Phone is in good condition but battery is draining too fast

I tent to only buy new phones (Amazon) but couldn't find the Note 10+. After a week or so and having doubts and googling Amazon reviews I decided to take a risk and purchase one from a seller 4gadgets. I paid the £20 delivery and for that I thought I might have had the phone a day earlier but I waited the 2 days and the phone arrived. After taking delivery I opened the package to find the phone well packed in. 4gadgets sleeve and a non Samsung box with a genuine Samsung fast charger, usb, ejector tool. Having took the phone out I inspected it and I can honestly say it's as described ! There is a few small marks on the frame and the back but more importantly nothing at all on the screen (under a led light) impressed was an understatement!! I inserted my 5g SIM set the phone up and works as new! Battery charges to 100% quickly and holds its life after taking charge. Day 3 and the phone works as it should. I purchase phones all the time (new) but I would now be a future customer to 4gadgets to get top phones at midrange phone prices. This is a honest review and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a top phone at a great price to don't think twice and buy from 4gadgets!! Brilliant !!

When I ordered a renewed note 10 plus, I thought it might have scuff marks, or slight hairline marks in the display. When I took it out of the box, I was truly astounded, as it looked like a new phone in immaculate condition. Whoever renewed these phones needs a pay rise as I couldn't tell it was renewed, as it looked new. The display is out of this world, it is so fast, I love the 256gb storage, and love it has expandable storage. The fingerprint reader works seamlessly, watching movies, Netflix, Amazon prime is a joy, games run flawlessly, the battery life is all day. I love how loud the speakers are when playing music, how loud the phone call are. I am beyond impressed with my note 10 plus.
