These vitamins have been a great addition to my husbands regimen. It took some time for him to get used to the taste and smell but the benefits definitely out-way all of that. I've been an unhealthy eater for yearsss, I only take a half dose and can feel the effects, almost feels like buzzing sorta. Feel more awake and more wanting to do things at work. Definitely worth a try imo.
