Genuine E3D Hemera Hot Side

The product is just above garbage but the company E3d is horrible. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I worked 15 years as a customer service representative and I can't believe how horrible it was to work with them. Stay away from the conpany!

It's hard to tell anymore .. it works so there is that but I'm still unsure if I got the real thing
