Strange weed-like after taste
I like that it dissolves quickly in a little water so I can drink it down fast. At first it has a nice slightly sweet and sour flavor, but then it has quite a nasty after-taste, like some smelly weeds. However, it dissolves so well in a little water, I can drink it down fast holding my nose so I don't smell it and it isn't bad to take at all.

Yellow Not WHITE!
My family is from Senegal they bring this Baobab fruit when they visit the States . Fresh baobab in powder form should be a little sweet and white or off white , if it’s yellow that means it’s old very old . Anthony’s baobab powder is as yellow as smokers teeth . Will be looking for a fresh white sweet baobob next winter bug again that’s FR . Amazon supports trash sometimes .
