SKIPPYCreamy Peanut Butter, 40 Ounce

Excellent brown paste fit for a king! If I could ever get a chance to ever improve this product and make it six stars, that would be to infuse bread with Skippy peanut butter so I can eat the slice right out of the bag and not have to bother with the spreading of the paste before enjoyment is partaken. I also live donuts and pizza but suspect the efforts to incorporate Skippy PB with those may prove fruitless. I think it may be best to have Skippy PB stand on its own which it does very well. I would like to see the Skippy bring maybe try an Organic variety. That could be interesting and healthy. We will see if the powers at Hormel Foods take my suggestions to heart.They may not because this is when it turns ugly. The food manufactures like at Hormel Foods have tried to fake out us consumers by changing the food packaging in order to provide less product for the same price. If you look at the bottom of the PB container, their is a substantial dimple up info the container. This means they don't need to make the containers smaller due to the less product put into the containers. Its a type of short sheeting the end users, depriving us of what we paid for. No one looks at the actual content volume measurements nor can remember them from one week to the next but we would notice the continual shrinking of the containers or the lower and lower levels of product in the containers.What can we consumers do? Fight back? how? not buy the product? sure but not possible because we are hooked on the delectable flavors of Skippy peanut butter! we just cannot get enough! We need our PB as we vegetate on the couches watching American Ninja Warrior or The Great British Bake-off. We are all doomed....

my grocery store only carries the small jar of Skippy. Do the math and you will find out that the large jar is quite a bit cheaper. Skippy is my favorite, tried other brands, always come back to creamy skippy.

Didn't know that Skippy was made by Smukers, and so I was pleasantly surprisedthat they have continued to excellent quality and taste that I've known since childhood.

Skippy is a superior peanut butter_ i used to buy Jif- cause that's what i grew up with_ I decided to try Skippy and am so glad i did.it is creamier and smells more like fresh peanuts and tastes better.like all companies do- this is now coming in smaller container but same price_ used to be 48 ounces and now it's 40 ounces.remember when ice cream came in 1/2 gallons- now comes in 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 quarts- but for the same price as when it was 1/2 gallon.yogurt used to come in 8 ounce cups - and now comes in 6 ounce cups, etc. etc..i decided to make a video showing how creamy it is- if a peanut butter isn't creamy enough it can tear soft bread_ will it or won't it? watch the vid-i'll include a pic of nutrition label too_ i hope some of the info i shared was helpful_ thank U
