Works as intended with the manufacturers paired headsets. Since my employer has 2 pin analog, as well as 6 and 12 pin digital radios, I have to buy and adapter to use this with the 6pin radio. Still looking for a 12 pin converter. Would be great if the manufacturer either sold or recommended a preferred manufacturer of converters.

Products works perfectly. We can now use our crew's radios (which are Motorola's), or our Rugged Radios, depending on the number of participants.
