I ordered 10 bottles for gift. However, 8 of them are completely solidified and cloudy. I am so disappointed that they are not returnable.

It has real truffle flavor and they use delicious honey. I have given to all of my friends for presents and they all love it I particularly enjoy it drizzled on fine cheese. Simply the best I have ever tried.

It came solidified, I think is fermented. Anyways, since you can not return it, they only thing you can do is put a review. I recommend you to buy another brand until they putin the description that the defect is solved.
