I use a Lagundi leaf supplement, ASCOF Fortescue for many years. It helps me perfectly in case when I get sick with couple. This time I decided to test "Breathe Free" Lagundi in capsules. I take Lagundi for respiratory symptoms. If you have asthma, or breathing related problems, I highly recommend these pills. When you take it, the results are felt almost the same day.
