A bit disappointed
I'm a bit disappointed by the product. My review is based on the comparison to another paper block set I have, which has no brand.Pros)1. Large sized blocks2. Plenty of blocks, considering the costCons)1. No lamination on the surface. The block feels like a plain piece of paper attached on top of a cardboard. My existing blocks have some sort oflamination and the surface is strongly bond to the cardboard.2. Very weak on some directions. The blocks almost collapse when you apply force from some directions. This never happened with my old ones, even though they are much smaller.3. This may be subjective, but smaller size blocks are not so much interesting for the kid. Mid-sized ones have square form(2x2x1) and smaller-sized ones have 2x1x1 proportions, and they feel a bit awkward to play around. I think 4x2x1 is the right dimension for this type of blocks.I've made 10 blocks out of the box, and now I plan to sell the rest.

Big. Durable. Worth it.
We also have the one-sized large red bricks from this brand but all the sizes are great though! The smaller brick blocks that come in this set are just as durable and strong as the bigger brick blocks. We’d like to get more eventually because you could really get creative with these when building your big towers and forts. You can store them nicely stacked in a tall box/container, or even a wider box/container or a type of sturdy stand-up bag in the corner of a room. They actually don’t even look bad just left out stacked nicely in the corner of a bedroom or playroom if you don’t have a container for them, or even just under a bed would work :)

Awesome Building Fun!
I think having a minimum of 3 of these sets allows for much better building options. We have 3 sets, but will be buying more for Christmas and hopefully find a set with more of the largest blocks (the large blocks are the most fun). They arrive flat and you have to fold them into block shapes. It takes a while, but we even enjoyed this part by doing it as a team (one person held the block wile the other folded). I think if there is a downside to these blocks it is that they take up quite a bit of room for storing them. We keep them stacked in a corner and they look tidy enough.Playing with these blocks is a great activity when friends come over; the kids get a lot of enjoyment out of building things, playing in the things they build and then knocking them down. Funnily enough, they refuse to enjoy stacking them up to put them away, even though it is much the same activity as building something to play in.

thinking my son (2 years old) would just love these blocks
I had been looking at these for sometime, thinking my son (2 years old) would just love these blocks. My only concern was how big it all was and was it really something I wanted to clutter my house with. So, I purchased them to keep at my parents house for then my son goes over and visits. My mother has way more room in her house than I do. It is a bit tedious to put together, but overall it was not that bad once you master putting together the first two. Once you get the hang of it its quick and easy to put together.I will say my son only played with them for a little bit and then moved on to other toys. So I was a little disappointed in that, but I think with time he will play with it more. I think he just doesn't spend a lot of time at grandmas (lives out of town) and he was enjoying all the other "new toys" equally. I thought the quality was good and the size as well. If I had a bigger house I would purchase for my house as well.

Good Imaginitive Play
These are a great purchase. I was disappointed that I had to put them all together but for shipping purposes it makes sense. My son likes them but his two older sisters (6 & 9) also like them so it was nice to purchase something they all like to play with. It has encouraged them all to play games together. The only thing is my son loves to knock the blocks down which can be quite irritating to his sisters. Lol. It has also encouraged them to be creative. They've built houses, snow forts, zombie defense walls, etc. Ours have held up nicely since Christmas. I have instructed my kids not to step on them and so far, that's all I've needed to do. They do not want them to break. They don't get played with every day but in fairness, we are pretty busy during the week with school and activities. I would recommend purchasing these.

Fun and Sturdy
These are awesome! Ordered for my 17 month old. He will definitely have to wait a little to fully enjoy building forts, he lost interest after some time and has not played with them since. They are durable, he stood on them and climbed them and they did not fold. The only downside is the busy print on the blocks, wish it was plain cardboard, will eventually glue something calmer over them.

Fun for building
I had these two years and then donated them to a home daycare (family member daycare). They are still together and are a lot of fun for all the kids. This is a pretty big set. My first concern was that there wouldn't be enough blocks to build with but my kid builds building, walls, forts and whatever else that comes to mind. There are a few different box sizes for the blocks. Folding the blocks can be a little tricky and no instructions came with the set but we figured it out. In almost three years since I but them together they have never unfolded and none have been tossed. I'd say they're worth it after all kids have more fun with boxes any way.

Good Quality, Hours of Fun and Made in the USA
It was initially overwhelming to see all forty of these flat cardboard pieces that had to be folded, but once I did the first few, it went pretty quickly (and made me crave pizza). The blocks are sturdy enough for a 35-pound kid to stand on without damaging them, there are plenty of larger size blocks, and I got to eat a sandwich, in peace and all in one place, for the first time in 2.5 years! Well worth the effort.
