J K Pro Headset Headworn Microphone MIC-J 071S Compatible with AKG Samson Wireless Transmitter - Mini XLR 3Pin Connector

Use these on stage every night in a major tourist town for our magic and illusion show and they are really pretty darn good! Sound is as good as something that costs six times more but the build quality is not the same as a $400 unit but we used a bit of tape here and there to tighten it up and they've been great. We are very active on stage singing, dancing, and doing fast-paced magic and illusion.

This product works well for public speaking. It is economical while also providing very good sound quality.I like the fact that it’s design makes it stay in place in contrast to single sided type which tent to move around and need constant readjustment.

Bought this to replace a XDP1 headset mic I use with Samson lithium ion PA speakers. (Old headset had a short in it.) I called Samson and they could not sell me just the headset; I had to buy the transmitter too, so going this route saved me some money. Having now tried it out, I can say that this headset has proved to be a very good good replacement - plug fit perfectly and mic seems to be almost identical to the one that came with my original Samson set up, from fit on my head to sound quality. So I'm happy. I will use this quite a bit, so I'll return to update my review if I have any issues.

Great Microphones. Clear audio. Wish they were a little more adjustable for smaller heads, they are only one size so if you have a smaller head they don't sit tight to the head on the side and they stick off the back.You can pin in into you hair and mic boom is on a swivel so you can make it work but it's harder to hide.

Update: J and K read my review below and within 24 hours and gave me a full refund. You have to respect them for that. Thank you.Unfortunately, it did not work. The three pin connector fits, but no sound. I suspect the cord. I had ordered two with two different connectors for two different transmitters. One worked fine and the other didn't. Since the headsets are detachable, I switched headsets and still no sound.This is a problem I have encountered in the past with these headsets. Often the soldering of the connectors in the cord are not well done. I will have a friend who works with electronics solder it again. Until then, I will order a replacement cord and see if it works.

A lot of feedback, works ok at lower volume

Love this headset. I bought this separately from a set because I did not have as much luck with the Samson USB wireless mic system. THE MIC HOWEVER is the best part. Fits snug, good quality sound and it's comfortable. Love this headset.

It is what was advertised small light comfortable. But it does not work. My original mic works fin this make no sound at all. I was hoping for a cost efficient solution to a light head worn mic but this is not it.
