Cross Stitch Kit - Moo

Used for a picture on the wall

Bought it on a whim to stop me looking at my phone in the evenings. Absolutely amazing quality and easy to follow - first one I’ve ever done - took me far longer than I expected but that’s just me being a rookie! Sewed it onto a pillow - I’ve had so many compliments.

Do not buy this product, it is not a genuine Bothy Threads cross stitch as you will see from my photo above. Also the seller HNLX is not helpful at all when it comes to returns and refunds. It's half the price of a genuine Bothy Threads cross stitch because it's absolute rubbish.

The design is lovely and easy to follow but whilst following instructions I quickly realised that the double stranded method they suggested would use up the thread really fast. However even when continuing without the use of double thread, I've still run out of the thread provided. Really frustrating as I can't get more during lockdown and the colours aren't named online to buy more. Any suggestions? I'm stuck and unable to finish without more thread. 😩

This is not a genuine Bothy Threads cross stitch. This is a poor imitation with blurred pattern and a large grid printed the canvas. I have since purchased a genuine Bothy Threads Moo Cross Stitch and its on and actual plan aida with the splashes of colour printed on not like this where you have to sew them on yourself. DO NOT BUY THIS IS A FAKE.

Ordered this as a beginner to make for a loved one. Came with everything i needed - well explained too.
