Functionality is key!
I bought this for my son who rides his bicycle on long distance rides. He was not bringing water along, so I found this and it is perfect for him. It is a squeeze bottle and fits perfectly in the holder. The top comes apart to wash and is easy to use. He says it is easy for him to access and the top fits well to keep out the dirt. The bottle is covered in dirt when he gets home, but the nozzle is completely clean. I bought another one for myself to use when I go biking.

Work well.
Works well and easy to clean. The cap over the mouth piece does keep off the mud and dirt.

Mud cap is a most (unless you like chunky water)
No plastic smell or taste (unlike my previous two Polar Bottles). The cap (and mud cap) are of good quality and easy to use, but the bottle feels a bit soft/lesser quality. The insulation isn't great, but it kept the water cool for an hour and a half.

Perfect biking accessory
On long, dusty (or muddy) bike trips, I was growing weary of drinking from dirty bottle spouts. So I got this bottle because of its nozzle cover. I am extremely pleased with that cover and the resulting clean tastes of water, but I got so much more with this bottle. It's insulated, which is a bonus. It works so well as a squeeze bottle that I don't even touch my mouth to it, so I don't feel the need to always clean the inside. But if I need to, the cap and nozzle separate into several pieces to make it easy to clean. The lock works absolutely perfectly: can't even squeeze a drop out if I wanted to. And lastly, it fits perfectly in the bottle cage on my bike. I couldn't imagine a better bottle!

I've Had CamelBak bottles before and really like them!
I have had CamelBak insulated bottles for cycling for years and they still work great. I ordered this one for the added protection of a cap on the nozzle, to prevent dirt from getting in it. So far I am happy with how it works.

Great bottle and works fairly well insulation-wise
I have 4 of these bottles and at times carry all of them on longer rides. Love the caps on them! Better than drinking dirt and grit! They do keep water cooler longer than my non-insulated ones but on 85-90 degree days after 4 hours, it's not gonna be ice cold. One trick is to fill them a little over 3/4 of the way and set them in the freezer at a slight angle with the cap on loosely. Frozen overnight like this, they are much more effective past the 3-hour mark. I usually freeze two and fill the others with cold water and ice along with my Tailwind Endurance Fuel.
