The media could not be loaded.  Most used knives set I use..... my husband does most of the cooking and uses big heavy knives that I don’t feel safe using cause I have weak hands. So my husband suggested I get something lightweight and durable for times I have no choice but to cut things myself. I looked into those plastic and silicone type knives but it just didn’t seem durable or reliable to me so I chose to get this set... it took a lot of reading up on before ordering.The quality is actually really nice!! It’s well made, and lightweight as I hoped. The handles are small and easy to grip not to mention they are some kind of grip material which makes it even better for me to grip. Also there is a little infection where your thumb goes that I find comfortable. The blades are sharp so it doesn’t take much effort for me to slice my fruits or vegetables when needed.The blades are not long but they cut very very well!!I can access them easily with the stand, no digging in a drawer or guessing what size they are on a wooden block. This one is see through and color coordinated which is another thing I like cause if I need to cut something small and ask my daughter or son near me for help I can say pass the yellow or pass the red knife and there is no confusion as to which one I want!I’ve been using these knives for a few months now and I really like them! They clean well and so far has not stained despite by papayas or mangoes being orange or my avocado being green. They wash off well. My husband always washed them for me by hand. We don’t use a dishwasher so I can’t speak of how they hold up in them but I’m sure it’ll be no problem.Due to the sharpness I would recommend keeping them high up on a counter or even in a cabinet away from little ones.I can’t find anything I don’t Like about these knives...Based on quality, durability, reliability and consistency I would give this 2 thumbs up!

The knifes are sharp and cute I’m obsessed with the orange!!

***Update 2022*** After 2 years, the handles are still secure, the blades still sharp (even the small one with the missing tip). For me, these were a great buy.Original review below...I was given a set similar to this years ago and the way they performed was impressive. But, due to my ignorance about ceramic blades, I wound up trashing them in one way or another.I missed my old knives and this set seemed to be close, so I gave it a try.I'll start out with the "bad", I'm not crazy about the feel of the plastic handles. The set I originally was given, had aluminum handles and felt much better in the hand.As to the good, just like my original set, these are great for anything I use them for. They're sharp, easily slice boneless meat, cheese, fruits and veggies... and a finger, if you are not careful.You also need to be careful with handling the blades as they can chip and crack as I learned with my previous set. A relative also chipped the tip off one of the smaller knives of this set, three days after I got it, by tossing it in a stainless steel sink.Please know these are not for heavy duty work like separating bones, joints etc. Also, I would recommend always using a soft cutting board or sheet when slicing.Because of the plastic handles, I wouldn't recommend a dishwasher as I'm sure that will shorten the life of the handles. I wash and dry mine immediately after using them.These have been used regularly for well over a year and the handles are secure and blades are just as sharp as when they arrived.

I was a little unsure about buying them but after using them they seem like good quality ceramic knives. They did come with a holder however it's pretty cheap plastic but they fit in almost any normal knife block so I used the one I already had. I'm probably going to pick up a second set after I use them longer so when company comes I'll have matching ones rather than the mismatched ones we have

These are awesome, but I was cutting fast, slipped, and took a piece of nail off... they're GREAT knives!! If you want sharp without the cost of expensive brands.... these are it!

While this knife set may look cute and modern, it’s extremely low quality. I washed the first knife by hand and it broke. What a waste of money!

Packaged in almost impregnable tape and sticky goo over disintegrating white hard foam. You can't easily cut through to open the packaging, so I recommend an ax. However, this will destroy the product. If you try to cut it open, be careful, and your cutting instrument will need to be cleaned with a solvent, not soap and water, which won't clean it. When you finally succeed in opening it, the product looks nice and the knives are sharp. One of my larger knives is roughly finished, while the others are smooth. They seem sharp to begin with. Don't know if this roughness affects the cutting, or how long the sharpness lasts, but rough ceramic finishing might catch particles of food and would be less easily cleaned than a smooth surface, which is why the other knives are smooth. We shall see. The knife holder cleaned easily.
