I love this item, just what I wanted, what I did not like is the fact that it arrived damaged. The outer left corner of the base was cracked...I am not certain if it occurred in transition or left the warehouse in that condition, but it delayed the completion of my project until I was able to get a replacement.

Nice solid shower floor pan, easy to install. I order the first one which came damaged, the yuh do not properly package the trench drain cover, second one arrived more damaged than the first so we kept the first one, will not effective the overall function just cosmetic, however some bubble wrap or cardboard in packaging would resolve this problem

Good strong base, with a grid base quality for the money. Love the trench drain look!

Received damaged with nicks all over.
