Q: So I need a good black gel uv nail polish that isn't super expensive like most gel. Is this like you get what you paid for, or it's actually good?

I almost used and tried from most expensive and cheapest gel polish. There are just gel that its harder to dry up but you just need and a good led dyer and the secret is make sure your top coat is the one you need to invest. It doesnt matter to me if my gel polish is expensive or cheap as long as i have a good led light and a good top coat and follow the right procedure

Q: Will this gel work with other brand top coat and base coat?

Yes as long as it is a gel polish

Q: Do u need an LED when applying to toe nails?

Yes you do need one. I cure mine for 60 sec each coat I apply
