does this have palm sliders?

No. The fabric along the palm is a little more plastic-y than the majority of the rest of the glove, but it’s still a fabric and pretty thin. No hard plastic pieces or pockets to insert sliders for more protection.

would these be good gloves for motocross?

So they are very durable, but I’d recommend something with more grip on the gloves. Like actual racing gloves.

Are these good for winter?

Not sure where you are at and how cold it gets. I can tell you that I bought this pair strictly for the chillier days that my husband may want to ride his motorcycle. I bought him regular lined gloves for winter wear. We are in Pennsylvania so you don't ride all year here.
