Little Tikes Backyard Barbeque Get Out 'N Grill

Our grandson’s eyes sure lit up when he saw this next to his Dad’s real BBQ! It’s fun for our two-year old guy and he likes putting things away in the cabinet. The knobs click for a fun sound that is not annoying. I did remove the hot dog piece until he’s older as the size gave this grandma the feeling that it could go into the mouth for a not-so-fun outcome. It’s unlikely to be a problem, but… Otherwise, this play BBQ station is great fun and we all love to “eat” his “fancy burgers.”

This took me about an hour to put together. The instructions were clear and simple. My two year old loves this but even my eight year old plays with it.I would suggest buying more food to go with it. It comes with very little.

The sturdiness is great especially for a 2 year old to be climbing and pulling on it. My kid loves it.

This is really cute and my daughter likes it so far but Little Tikes definitely seems to have cut some corners. The accessories shown (tongs and spatula) don't look as pictured in the advertisement images, we received all gray pieces versus the 2-toned gray/black as shown. The "granite" looking side 'wings' are barely speckled and basically have a tan/light brown look; not the cute look as in the advertised images. One of the wings was incredibly difficult to attach because they slide and lock onto the main unit but the main unit was "caved" in slightly. The caved in issue made it almost impossible for the wing to interlock because the piece didn't stick out far enough for the wing to slide over the piece on the main unit. I literally had to put half my upper body through the small doors opening and push the caved in wall out just long enough to slide the wing on with my other arm. I shouldn't be left sweating after putting such a simple toy together. Last 'offense', 3 screws were missing. I, thankfully, keep every extra screw and piece of hardware I ever get with anything so I was able to make it work but I shouldn't have had to resort to that.

If I had read the reviews I may not have gotten this as there were many complaints. But I had no issues. It is what I expected for such a low price. Perfectly fine for a little kid. I was not missing any parts and there is a video that shows assembly (which should be the norm today). So no complaints from me. :-)
