The sound quality is amazing.The remote adds far better sound quality, very practical and user friendly.Using the neck loop with t-coil works great if you put the look behind your ear.It does not work well around the neck.Turning your head from one side to another during the meeting to look at the speaking person will cause distortion.It also reduce the sound quality greatly while around the neck.There is a clip to use but the plug for neck loop is on the wrong side.All shirts have their pocket on the left, so they should have put the unit plug on the left side of device, not very smart :-(It would be nice if neck loop was adjustable and design better to be closer to your ear.I would have gone with 5 star if these issues were not there.Maybe one day they come up with wireless t-coil (like Bluetooth) to replace neck loop, that would be the ideal setup.Sadly Bluetooth sound quality is not very good compare to t-coil.
