Asirios makes it relatively easy to place a claim when needed
As long as you have your purchase data available and a way to prove your claim, a Syrian makes it relatively easy to execute it with positive results a few days later.

Excellent
My lights stopped working about a month ago we've been trying to get them to work I sent them a message and within an hour I had a full refund I've never had customer service work that fast they were excellent I'm so glad I will never use anybody else for it but them now

Very easy process
This was a very easy process that took less than 10 minutes to resolve through chat. No issues at all. I was glad I bought protection for this item.

Protection Plan Failure
I will not buy any protection plan from Asurion for a pool pump again and recommend no one else buy it.They failed to come through with the replacement pool pump within the 15 day promise and did not appear to know exactly what product I was receiving. Terrible customer care support and the worse at giving you an easy way to call or talk with someone about your issue. On the 15th day I called 5 times to be told my part had been ordered. They had 3 hours before midnight to get it to me which was impossible unless they had magic. After several resistance and demanding responses, they decided to refund me the value of the product. Damage had been done. My pool had not been in operation for exactly one month. It was greener than my lawn. Now I must have a professional pool cleaner to bro g it back to life. Order another pool pump for which I did and it was delivered in 3 days.What a waste of time and energy. I have no patience or idea what they protect but obviously not your product you have on the plan.No a good merchant service. I rate them a zero.

Simple and worth it!
We purchased an Avalon Water Cooler about 2 years ago. I never really purchase the extended warranty and I’m so glad that I did. Our water cooler started spraying out hot water and leaking all over. I looked up my purchase on Amazon and discovered that I had purchased the extended warranty through Asurion. I filed my claim and within a few minutes I received a credit for the amount of the product in the form of an Amazon gift card. We were able to apply that money towards a new water cooler……and I purchased the extended warranty! I will continue to consider the extended warranty on future purchases!

There when you need it.
You purchase the plan hoping you'll never need it, but it's nice to have when you do. It takes a little bit of back and forth but it's not too difficult to use your plan to replace your item.
