Sunset Trading Swivel Barstool, 24", Antique Black

Not disappointed at all! Purchased 3, one came with the swivel hardware missing, but the manufacturer when I contacted them by phone, that number was on the instruction sheet, they shipped the hardware immediately with no problems. Easy to assemble IF you follow the instructions completely. Took about 15 min per chair and I'm a woman. I did have to use a small hammer to rotate the swivel so the screw holes were not obstructed by the swivel, to get the screws in correctly . Nice black pained finish. Match my Pennsylvania handmade Bow Back Windsor chairs pretty close. They sit comfortably even without padding and swivel easily. I did add chair pads to the leg bottoms to make them glider easier on my tile floor. I would buy them again!

The chairs are shipped in a box with virtually no packing materials or protection. Thankfully mine arrived OK. The assembly is simple - 4 screws and 4 bolts. The bolts are easy to insert with the washers installed on them by using the supplied allen wrench as a handle. The finish is OK. The black is uniform low gloss. Not sure why its called "antique black". There are metal brackets on the leg connections. Joints are glued. The back loop on one was missing the wedges that tighten it in the seat holes. Took longer to fix that than assemble. Fairly comfortable but we will add chair pads. You'll probably want to add felt pads on the legs too (they dont come with anything to protect your floor) All in all a nice chair but nothing special. Would be a better value at $100.

I spent months and months looking for stools that wouldn’t break the bank, that weren’t “modern” and also aesthetically pleasing. These are it, they are well built, a breeze to put together & best of all, a classic timeless style. I would absolutely recommend these stools for anyone on the fence about the purchase

I absolutely love these swivel counter stools..I’m a 71 year young woman, I put these stools together myself! The instructions were clear…everything was included except for the screwdriver! Thank you Amazon for a speedy delivery and quality product!!

The chairs are built a little cheap, they serve the purpose but not sure I would buy them again.

We increased the size of our kitchen island and wanted to match the chairs we already purchased from a store almost 10 years ago. These were a perfect match. Very happy with this purchase.
