Q: Does this actually do anything different from the firming butter?

Not really. This is a very thick lotion and hard to get out of the tube. Stick with the firming lotion that has a pump on it.

Q: Can I use this during the breastfeeding period?I am concerning about the baby's safety feeding.

It says to just wash he cream off before breast feeding so I would say it's safe after washed off

Q: Is this product supposed to have a seal on it?

I can't remember since it has been a long time since I bought mine but more than likely it should.

Q: Can I use this of my face to tighten and firm? I have 4 acne scars that i want to get rid of

I didn’t use it on my face . I think it is too greasy for acne prone skin .
