Love this book. It has helped me to really organize my journey toward better healthy living practices. I especially like how it maintains God as the focus of the journey. It has helped me to gain the perspective I need to make some changes to my lifestyle. Thank you!

Would purchase again
I love all the different aspects of health you can track along with the daily devotional to help keep you on motivated. It’s structured in a pretty good way. I would purchase again to use for another round.

Not What I Expected
This was not at all what I expected when I think of a journal. The pages to write on are to separated and and I didn’t really feel like there was devotions each day. Some of the questions that were to be answered were odd as far as I was concerned. Like when you finished a meal and it ask how you felt? I’m sorry, but I’ve never really felt anything about eating an actual meal before, now if I was just pigging out on junk food that’s different, but just a regular meal? Anyway it’s just kind of a weird book.

I liked it and it kept you on your toes your spiritual life and eating healthy

A journal and not really a work book per se!
This book was not what I expected, although some people may find it helpful. I would not buy it again, but that is just my opinion.
