I bought this because my desk is higher than normal and because regular chairs tend to hamper my circulation after a while. On this chair I can sit in my most natural, comfortable position, and keep my knees slightly below my hips so that my circulation remains normal and my hips don't get so stiff. I will likely be buying this chair again when it comes time to start work in a dental office. Extra bonus is that it has a back when most saddle chairs don't.However, I will say that a male friend of mine tried the chair and was not a fan, for reasons not necessarily appropriate for polite conversation. Those reasons don't really apply to anatomical females, if you catch my drift.

I was a little reluctant to purchase because of the price. It’s true what they say, “you get what you pay for.” This is worth every penny. You can see the difference between this stand alone chair and the one that came with tattoo/massage bed and you can feel the difference when sitting. Glad I spent the money on this chair. Looks good but the seat is hard. After 1 day of use (6 hours), my inner thighs are sore (similar to the feeling of being on a spin bike)

I use this chair for work. I am a nail tech and sit for many hours at a time. I was having major hip joint pain and this chair helped alleviate the pain because I could position my leg differently during my work hours.

I broke my leg and needed a way to maneuver in the kitchen on one foot. A wheelchair: too big. A walker: not practical because I would always need one hand to keep the weight off my leg. This chair did the job. But, as others have noted there is a body learning curve. My adaptation to the chair was slowed by bruising I sustained when I was hit by a car while walking. I report this to note the need to thoroughly evaluate all the factors that will make the difference between successfully using this chair or not. I have by now healed enough to be able to more fully enjoy the benefits of this chair and I can report that it is a keeper, even with my leg mostly healed.

Love this stool! Helps relieve back pain when I sit for long periods of time

I think this chair is aesthetically pleasing and a sturdy product and also comfortable for shorter bits of time. I’m currently using it for a desk job and I think it would be much more comfortable if the seat tilted down slightly in the front. I find myself leaning back in it and the back support is so far back I’m not sitting up straight. I’ve removed the back support and turned the seat around so I’m actually now using it backwards. Great product but gave it three stars because the seat really needs to be adjustable and it’s not the right product for me for my intended purpose which is a 7 hour desk job.

The chair looks like a solid design, however, there isn't enough padding in the seat. It becomes very uncomfortable after sitting for 30-60 mins. Very disappointed and would like to return it.
