Know usage before buying
Iron kadais are far better than nonstick ones only if you know how to season and use them. You will have to apply a layer of oil every time they are washed and dried for atleast a month and then you can forget seasoning them further. But if you do not do seasoning initially, you will end up worrying about the orange layer on them and stop using them.
