Do the bigger size expanders sell separately?

how deep or long is the expanded portion on the pipe being expanded using the 1" head?

After you cut your pipe, all ways use that deburring tool before tempting the swaging tool. Push whatever expanding jaw you're using all the way in the pipe until it stops and keep it flush with the pipe at all times while squeezing the handle back and forth until it stops. that should give you the best results. Good luck and have fun and save money on fittings!

Would this work on electrical conduit or is it just for copper?

It’s just for copper, I hope you don’t need to return it, because you don’t get your refund from this company. I returned mine last year I June, I’ve asked several times, no money back yet.
