This helped assist when I dont have a partner stretch. It's like a stretchy band but made to limit how much the band can stretch. I've used it a few times so I am not sure of the durability of the item.

Bought this to help improve flexibility. I am not a dancer and never have been but decided I want to improve flexibility and help reverse the damage sitting behind a desk is doing. This helps me maintain stretched positions as I continue to work towards my goals.

It’s okay. Wish it stretched my body more. i pretty inflexible so.

It is built with very good and thick material, however the straps are very difficult to change if you need them tighter and there really aren’t many instructions on how To use it which would have been of great assistance

Unfortunately I finally got around to using this and the buckle snapped on me. I was excited and very sad it is broken.
