The product was easy to use and very effective. Unfortunately it suddenly and unexplainably quit working after 10 weeks - or about 25 uses. It was a day after the "return" window closed but the good news is I registered the product with the manufacturer. I emailed the manufacturer the night it quit and had a response the next day. It took one more email and I had a replacement flosser in about a week! I didn't have to return anything so the whole thing was hassle free. So kudos to this company for REALLY WARRENTING the product and honoring the warrenty without a hassle! Hard to get that kind of service these days! And it is a well designed flosser too!

I am very happy with this item. I have been using it for about a month now after my dentist referred me to get a water pic, flosser. I really hate flossing so this has been such a blessing to use. It holds a charge for a long time, multiple uses before having to recharge it. It's design is easy to hold. The reservoir holds enough to complete the entire mouth without having to refill it. All in all this was a great buy. I even bought a second one to give as a gift.

The water flosser was difficult to open and lock. I used it no more than 10 times since I just opened it. The last time I attempted to unlock it the hose snapped off and can not be reattached. The device will not close again either. Just my luck the return period has expired.

Great water flosser for getting those hard to reach places. Easy to use and nice to take on vacation since the battery lasts for a while without charging. After using this I saw dentist and was told was big improvement!

This is great. The dentist told my husband he needed one. I already had one for myself. Water reservoir is enough for me. Not hard to refill if you need to mid cleaning.

I received my package in a timely fashion and it's very easy to use. It's also great for traveling and can fit in your travel bag without being forced. It's also rechargeable!

Don’t let the price fool you. This is the water pike that outperform the more expensive ones. The battery last about 1.5-2 weeks. If you never use one and want to try it out this is the one to get.
