In addition to sheets I added the pillow case. Do it. Just do it. What do you have to lose? A great night sleep? How many times have you purchased pillow cases and got just a cover for your pillow and probably spent a lot more money for nothing but a pillow case. At least this pillow case helps you relax, feel energized, fall sleep quicker, & stay asleep. What do you really have to lose? It’s worth it, trust me I know, because I’m worth it & so are you.

I used this grounding pillowcase for pain relief for my back. It worked on the first night. I have been able to reduce my pain meds by 50-75%. I have been able to resume some normal activities.

After less than 2 months of using this every night, this fabric is no longer conductive. It appears that getting a very small amount of serum/oil from my face on it during the night damaged the silver wires such that the entire thing stopped working. This fabric is soft and I like the way this pillow case is made. I was hoping it would last longer than 2 months. If you are going to use a pillow case like this, I would recommend that you not have ANY oil on your face when you go to bed. Not sure if the oil from your skin would damage it or not?

This works great. I bought it to address lower back pain. I was very sceptical but a friend highly recommended it. After about 10 days I noticed I wasn't waking up with any pain. I have been using this for several months. It washes easily and is comfortable like a pillow case.

It is a good size pillowcase. Feels good on skin. Not sure of grounding effect but I do believe I have slept better. I have just started using it.

I put this to the test (this pillowcase with no additional cover) with a grounding tester and it does NOT ground (conduct) in back sleep position and only intermittently (less than 30% of the time) in side sleep position (where my face is also in contact with the pillow case). It grounds ONLY when I squeeze my pillow with my hands or press down with force. So here's the rub; it works in theory but not in practice (normal sleeping position). Very disappointing.Just to validate that I know what I am talking about; I do have other grounding products that I am already using. And they WORK in any position!

It works as expected. Have not had it long enough to know length of time it will work.

The benefits of grounding pillow are amazing for my neck disc issues. This pillow is comfortable and fits well.
