This wild comedy is an intoxicating mix of mountain-high hilarity and radical winter sports action! For snowboarders Rick (Jason London -- DAZED AND CONFUSED), Luke (Zach Galifianakis -- BUBBLE BOY), and their buddies, life at the Bull Mountain ski area is about partying hard, looking for girls, and doing anything for a good time! But when the town's founder dies, his son decides to sell the mountain to a sleazy developer (Lee Majors -- TV's SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN) who's intent on turning Bull Mountain into a slick yuppie ski resort! Featuring outrageous stunts by real-life snowboarding champions like Todd Richards, Rio Tahara, Tara Dakides, Devun Walsh, and Rob "Sluggo" Boyce -- and a red-hot soundtrack -- it's an avalanche of laughs as the guys do whatever it takes to save their mountain.

Classic dude movie
If you’re easily offended, this might not be for you. It’s a bit raunchy and sophomoric, but that’s what makes this movie good. Ultimately, it’s about a small ski resort not letting the big greedy guys take over. Lots of present-day actors who were nobodies back when this came out (except for Lee Majors - whaaaaat?!). Definitely good for laughs.

Out Cold is on Fire!
Big fan of the film! Any movie with Weezer and Jack Johnson on the soundtrack get a thumbs up from me. Zach Galifianakis, before he joined the Wolf Pack in the Hangover, makes the film, especially his close calls with a polar bear and a hot tub. I dare you not to use the phrase “just jiggle it” after watching Out Cold! It is definitely low brow, but it is a movie that knows what it is, and only asks that you laugh along with its ridiculous, over-the-top, stupidity. Enjoy the ride down Bull Mountain with this snow boarding cast and remember, “Never go changing!”

Such a classic
Loved this movie as a kid. Have it on VHS but no longer have a VCR, so rented. Still love this movie.

Awesome feel good film!
Had to write a 5 star review to show how great this film is. It is FUNNY, well scripted, well cast, well directed and everything else is great about it. Some great acting from Jason London (Mallrats), in a role which is much like the one he played in Mallrats. The most enjoyable thing about the film is watching the supporting actors and the hilarious things they get up to.The film has some brilliant goofball/slapstick moments, but the funniest parts are the bits which show 'smart' comedy - comic gems in the script, the way particular lines are delivered by the cast etc.I love feel good films, even though they are often predictable, and this is at the top of its class. You won't be disappointed!

superb film
It wasn't big, it's not clever, but it is terribly funny. If you like any of these films, you will love this one:- Any Adam Sandler movie - principally Happy Gilmore, Mr. Deeds, Water Boy- Old School- Slackers- Van Wilder Party Liason- Porkys- Animal House
