This book was purchased as a present for my mum. She makes delicious cakes and I'm always encouraging her to start her own business from home.

Excellent guide fot those who are thinking of starting a cake business. It opened my eyes to a lot of issues I haven't thought about before. The author doesn't skip the technical bits like, health regulations, accounting, paperwork etc. All the advice with templates, web links, all there. Very pleased.

A complete book that explains the different steps to start your business. It explains how to contact the health committee, to calculate the price of the cake .... . I recommend it.

I bought this book as my friends and family have said I should open my own business. This has given me a better insight in to the daily running of a business and what I'll need to help me in order to achieve my dreams. Currently doing a course from home and this book has come in very handy.
