I grew up playing this game
This is a great game for up to 3 individuals to play singly, but better and funner with 3 teams of two. My parents have had this since at least the 1980s and we still play it often with them along with their grandchildren, my kids. Super simple rules, takes 20 seconds to explain the game, then . . . go!

Fun game if you like planing your moves out
I tend to like games that have more skill then luck. I would put this game at about 50/50 or 60/40 in favor of planning and skill. You can play it mostly by luck (draw of the cards) like my 10 and 14 year old sisters like to play or you can get an older skill set and turn it into a game of strategy with enough randomness in the cards to balance out people who are not good at planing 2-4 moves ahead. I like the game because we can play as a family and my strategy can be thwarted by my younger siblings playing their cards to block me.

The most fun game you've never heard of!
My wife saw this game sitting around at a brewery and remembered it from when she was a little girl. We played it a bunch of times and I loved it! I don't know why it's so hard to find and nobody carries it. It's kind of a cross between Bingo, Battleship, and tic-tac-toe. Highly recommend!

Fun to plaly
This is the only game I still play. It is easy to learn (just get five in a row), but never boring, no matter how good you get at it. You can have two, three, or four players. Like all good games, it requires planning, strategy, and luck. Sometimes we stay up late playing this.

Our favorite game
This game always goes with us on vacations as we can play it for hours. We love the strategy aspect to it, and our adult kids love to see if they can beat us (they can't). If chess can be a little ponderous for you, but you like a good strategy game, you will like this. Our granddaughter (age 8) is starting to pick it up and can play a reasonable game with us too. We have given this game as gifts for Christmas and as 'thank you' gifts, and it is always appreciated.

Great game for the whole family
I had this game back in the 80's and everyone loved it so much we wore it out and in fact, I never knew who ended up with it. Now my grandchildren (ages 7 and 10) are playing the new game with me and they too, like the challenge.

Great winter fun!
This is a fun game for families and cold winter nights. I can't wait to share it with other members of my family, they are going to love it! It looks simple as you begin but once the board fills up you are challenged to get "five straight".

great game for kids and adults
I purchased this as a replacement for the old "Game of 99" which is now almost impossible to find. Very similar, though I like the board and cards better in the older game. Great game to play with kids and even adults. Would be nice if the cards were made a little better or where large enough to use in an automatic card shuffler to help protect them.
