Can i use two of these to lift the front of my 12,000 gvw motorhome to level it for long term storage?

This lift is made for temporary use to change a tire on a dual-axle trailer, and I have used two to lift it to change shocks, tires, and brake linings. It has exactly the capacity for that. I feel that for longer term storage (>3-5 days) you should purchase blocks made for that purpose. I cannot guarantee that this material will not "creep" and deform due to the shape. There are blocks that are specifically made for long term storage and I think they might even be less expensive. You should also look for a level storage location, no one stores long term on a slope. Bad gravity karma.

How do you use this to remove the forward tire? Do you have to drive over the flat before engaging the rear tire to fix the flat?

If the front tire in a tandem alignment is flat, you can either back onto the ramp with the good (rear) tire, or you can put the ramp in between the front and rear tires and pull forward onto the ramp. When you physically hold the item and look at your situation, it is fairly intuitive.
