Holy cow this this rocks!
Well, I've had this for about 8 months and finally had the unfortunate circumstances to use it lol. While towing my boat on a tandem axle trailer, I hit a pot hole and smashed one of the rims. This lead to a blow out and the need to change the rim/tire. We weren't very far from the boat ramp and parking lot so, I decided it would be safer to do it there. After breaking the lugs loose, I laid Trailer Aid down and backed the trailer onto it (which took all of 15 seconds). Once under the good rim/tire on the same side it provided me plenty of clearance (easy 4-5 inches under the tire) to pull the bad one off and toss the spare on! Honestly, I was super impressed with how easy and efficient it made the process. Now, I was hustling as my boat was still at the ramp but the whole process took me only about ten minutes without having to set up a jack and all that mess. I toss one in the back of my truck every time I tow the boat and even bought a few more to toss in my other trailers. Really, really great design and about as easy to use as you could ever imagine. Its a little bulky but way lighter than a jack and I would highly recommend this to anyone if it fits your needs!

Very well built product, just needs to be a little wider
Very durable, pretty straight forward to use drive up on it change flat. I like the part of driving up on it instead of putting a jack under the trailer

Great Product
I was looking for an easy jack solution for my tandem axle boat trailer and this fit the bill. I travel frequently to remote fishing locations where getting help on the side of the road for a flat tire would take forever if you can even get cell phone reception. Therefore, I need a good option to be able to change a tire or hub, or perform other emergency service easily and safely by myself. This has been the perfect solution. I opted for the plus version to make sure I had the necessary clearance on any terrain.I tested it out a few times when I got it on both concrete and in the grass. On the concrete it works great and provides more than enough clearance to remove either a flat tire or fully inflated tire. On the grass it also provides plenty of functional clearance but due to it sinking some into the soil it was less than when on the concrete. This is where the plus version comes in handy with the extra height. When pulling forward onto the ramp with the front tire of the trailer it is much easier to tell when you have reached the top of the lift and stop. The same cannot be said for backing up the ramp with the rear tire. I have over driven the top of the ramp a few times and had to start the process again. This is all while alone. With a partner to stand back and watch the process it would be much easier. So far it has held up to the use and looks to be solidly made. It also provides a stable lift platform due to its extra surface area compared to using a jack which can be more apt to tip over on uneven or soft surfaces.

No flat tire change, not high enough.
Liked the product. Easy to use. Worth the money. Now after saying that, the ramp isn't tall enough to change fully inflated tires on my tandem axel RV. I had to add 3 inches of blocking under the lift in a special way to get the height needed. (Staggered the blocking. 2x6 block under lift where tire would rest, then another 2x6 block half of the way under the lift where the tire would rest. The trailer would not go up the lift when the blocking was directly on top of each other.) If I have a flat tire to change I will still need to do the blocking to get a fully inflated tire on. Just a wee bit more work but no problem since I know how and what to do to accomplish the task. Yes siree nice not to have to get under the trailer with a jack.🤓

So glad I discovered this product.
I was at a relatives house not to long ago, and there was a guy there that was doing some demolition for them. I happened to notice that one of his trailer tires was really flat. I let him know, and when he started to remove the tire from the double axles trailer, pulls this device out. I had never seen anything like it, but it made mounting or removing tires on double axle trailers a breeze. By pulling the trailer up and over this ramp and placing the good wheel in the notch, it keeps the trailer - loaded or not - stable, and frees you up to remove the tire without a jack, or concern about the terrain.I looked at the label on the product, googled it, and low and behold it is available at amazon. Ordered it on the spot. Having had a flat on a fully loaded trailer before, I appreciate the convenience and safety that the ramp provides. It does take up a little space, but I am plan to have a buddy weld a couple pieces of angle iron on the very front of the trailer behind the hitch where this will fit perfectly and unobtrusively.

Very sturdy and very easy to use!
I bought one of these a few years ago but I guess I did a long term loan to the person that borrowed my trailer and had to buy a new one. It's nice not having to carry the additional floor jack in our horse trailer now so this takes up less room. Plus they sell a bracket that allows you to mount and store it up off the floor. You could pull it out and use it the first time without any instructions and get the tire changed quickly. Just drive the good tire onto the jack (slightly loosen the flat tire lugs first) and it lifts the flat/bad one off the ground to change it. No jack that slips. As with any jack, you do need a stable surface to sit this on or you will bury it in soft surfaces if the trailer weights enough (like our loaded horse trailer). So, as with some jacks, there is no need to unload weight before using this - we've safely changed a tire while the 3 horses were in the trailer.I also love the bright yellow color on this as it helps make it easier to see if you *do* sit it on the floor of the trailer. You can easily drill 2 holes in each side and secure some nylon rope to make a handle for it if you with.As I said, we had a similar trailer jack before but this design has some good grips along the bottom to help keep it in place while pulling the trailer onto it. There are some saw-teeth parts and a few round knobs that appear to have rids that run up the side towards the top - more than likely helping with the support of the base design.Over all, I would buy another in a heart beat if another friend "borrows" it again. Or charge them for it so I can buy another.

This product should be part of your Safety Kit.
I just received my Tire Changing Ramp several days ago and am impressed with the product quality. The reason for the purchase is I have a 33 foot Fifth Wheel and to have to change a tire is NOT easy for me with my disability. This does NOT include the danger of trying to change a tire beside the HWY. Several of my friends were forced to do so and fortunately this product made the job so much easier as you just drive onto it to LIFT the trailer without having to "JACK" it up which is a job in itself and can be dangerous. The use of this product minimizes the time spent and physical labor to get you back on the road.Your SAFETY is the most important consideration. if in doubt call for assistance.Highly Recommended!Barry (Retired HP Officer)
