Low carb snack!
This is a great low carb snack when you just need that “crunch”. The cheddar flavor is okay but all of the others are really tasty.

Soo good but I wish they were cheaper
I follow a keto/low carb diet a lot of the time and I always miss crunchy stuff like chips and cereal.. Moon Cheese has a really nice crunch and texture and flavor and I love them and they are keto and low carb friendly too!! I took off a star due to the cost.. I wish they were cheaper.. it averages out to over $4 per bag.. and the bags are not large (not small either just around the size of a travel size/personal bag of chips).. it's just flavored dehydrated cheese so I feel it could be lower a cost but regardless it's worth it and I try to keep some in stock at my house.

Best snack food ever
Moon cheese has become my favorite snack ever. I could literally eat it every day. I recently found out they’re from a few hours away from where I live in Washington. If management or the owner of moon cheese ever sees this, I’m a FSQA manager for a fellow Washington company in the puget sound region and would love to connect.

It's Not Horrible
I got drunk, thought, "oh how clever" and ordered some off Amazon. I was disappointed when I tried it sober, so I tried it drunk again and it wasn't much better. Luckily, my dog sort of likes it. Some people that tried it said it might be ok on a long hike. But the consensus was that for the cost, just get some real cheese. I think the best was the garlic parmesan, the cheddar and the bacon cheddar (although it was a little artificial tasting). The gouda was boring and the pepper jack disappointing. To their credit, though, once the hard little rocks dissolve in your mouth, they do have an honestly cheese flavor, if a bit mealy.

4 out of 5 are great
I really like almost all the flavors of moon cheese, and this is a good way to sample them. It's a little expensive to keep buying, but it's a good way to figure out what you like, and then order a large bag of that flavor. I'm not a fan of the garlic parmesan, but the rest are great.

It’s not what you think it is
These are not good. Of the 5 I liked 1 and could tolerate another. It’s weird texture and taste is odd
