Garden Lites Roasted Vegetable Souffle, 7 Ounce

Like another reviewer, I bought this on a whim. Thinking if I liked it, I could try to make it on my own. I was surprised and pleased at how tasty it was!! I LOVE vegetables but usually eat them individually and not together like this. It reminded me of the filling of a vegetable quiche. I did add a little salt to the top. It did taste a little bit mushy by the time I got to the middle/end but that was a texture issue and not a taste issue and didn't bother me at all. I was very happy with the low calories and high protein. I'm going to try to make my own vegetable soufflé now but would I buy this product again? YES!

Bought it from Target. I thought it was good, and I didn't even heat it up according to the directions. (This in response to the other reviewer who thought it was putrid.) I also appreciate that they use BPA free plastic. I'm still not delighted with heating things up in any kind of plastic, but BPA free is sure better than nothing.

Absolutely delicious, but impossible to find here in Surprise, AZ! I am beyond frustrated ...

I bought this on a whim, having left my lunch at home. It was on sale so I thought what the heck.It was a little smaller than I thought, but still, looked good. I cooked it up in the microwave and it smelled good, better than other frozen healthy meals smell when cooked. I added butter and some blue cheese crumbles, and it was out of this world tasty. Thanks for a pleasant surprise!
