Easy to set up but needs two people to hold here and there, and to make sure the pole is straight, and stretch the pole into tension. The pole doesn't have a turn to stretch feature it's pure brute force someone pushes into the ceiling and another person tightens it in place. If you have wonky floors/ceilings there is an option of screwing the plates for added stability but I didn't need that. I attached a 43" lightweight TV to it, the bracket weirdly only uses the top two screws of the vesa mount. Also my screen had weird screws, very small, I had to source elsewhere as its not a standard vesa screw for TVs more like computer monitor screws. Luckily the bracket had a couple of adapter plates for such small screws but I added washers for extra safety. Assembly is really simple. I didn't bother fitting the accessories tray because the TV bracket has a little shelf for any small accessories. The tray is quite heavy too, I wouldn't risk it without screwing the circular ends into the floor and ceiling. I'm very pleased with this product, it serves the purpose well. Time will tell if I come home one day and find the TV on the floor (in pieces!) :) A rare design and I like the fact I can move it anywhere (albeit with two people) and from room to room or elsewhere in the room when I decide to change the furniture and layout around. Recommend product also due to the small footprints of the circular pads on the floor and ceiling.

Great product just a few pointers, there are several spacers and screws to make sure clearance is suitable to attach TV. However the bigger the spacer the thicker the screw which meant too big for housing on back of tv. I had to source my own screws, the instructions are not great. If you want your TV higher than half way it will need to be positioned prior to attaching bar jointer. Hope all this helps

This stand is perfect for people who don’t want to wall mount a TV. Just remember to route your cables through the middle and sides of the frame before constructing!
