Great Dive Knife
I’ve been diving for years and any experienced diver will tell you they’ve lost knives before, it’s part of the sport,..especially spear fishing. This knife is inexpensive, straps are decent, and it stays in the sheath and has a nice feel in the hand. For a knife that may eventually be lost this is a nice choice. To help prevent rust even on SS, even from china,..rinse thoroughly with fresh water, thoroughly dry it, and it’s good to oil it when you stow your gear, even overnight. Simple maintenance.

A good sharp knife.
I was looking for a bush craft knife for myself and found this one. I like that it has a strong sheath that holds the knife till the button is pushed to let go. Less chance of loosing the knife that way. The handle is supposed to be for diving so it will hold up to getting wet or dirty. It comes with rubber straps to attach to leg if your skinny : ) or arm or wherever. The saw edge is wicked sharp and good for scales too. It has a guard to keep your fingers on your hand which I like. It doesn't have a lanyard hole but it is not supposed to, I just would have liked that. Since I will be using it for my bush craft knife I placed some leather inside the sheath to keep it from clacking when I walk and it works great. It also has a hole at the bottom for draining water out.

Decent knife for the price. Probably will not last forever.
There really isn't much room to complain with a $13 dive knife. I think you get what you pay for, and actually for $13 this thing is pretty decent. Sure, it's a China made cheaper knife, but if you're only looking to spend a few bucks then this should work out fine. If the blade does show minor rust, you can probably steel wool it off and keep some oil on it. Now, I have not used it to a great extent, but I don't expect it to last me 20 years.

Perfect for the occasional use
Definitely not the highest quality. Bought for Snorkeling in the Florida Keys, just in case, and they work perfect for that. Not too worried if they rust as they are in expensive. The Strap system works well, keep it tight for when you're in the water. Retains well in the Sheath also

Solid, sharp, and affordable
I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews but for $12 I said why not and gave it a shot. The knife is sturdy, wicked sharp and it comes with a hard case and straps big enough to go around my legs. Mind you I'm a solid man at 6'1", 260 lbs so a lot of "standard " things don't fit me. I saw complaints about the sheath and lock so I held it upside down and shook the thing as hard as I could and the knife never came loose, however the release button is so smooth I can unlock and draw it out with only my thumb. All I know if you want play practical dive knife without spending a lot of money then this blade is for you 👍

Sheath lock is weak
The knife arrived....somewhat larger than I expected but seems good quality. The sheath lock for the knife is loose and I predict that after some use, the knife will fall out if not monitored carefully. It suits its intended purpose for a knife to be kept aboard a jet ski in case we need to cut something from the impeller.

Does what it is intended with a little style
This is my second and it does what a dive knife should, cut and resist rust. If you buy this knife, treat it with a coat of wd-40 before each dive and it will not rust. That goes for any dive knife. I only use these on our July vacations, the rest of the year, they sit in a closet, so the low price to better quality ratio was nice. I would definately recommend this to an hobby snorkeler like myself.

Steel is mediocre in my opinion
The knife on itself is good, cut well, nice in hand but I bought 2 for a survival camp on a deserted island in French Polynesia and after use in sea salt water the metal had corrosion after 1 night even if I rinsed it with rain water. I know what salt does so of course it happened it’s science but I would have guess not that soon. So if you plan on using it as I did as a diving knife, it will turn bad quickly.I wanted to put 2* but I was not able to upload a video or picture to show you the rust so I decided to score 1*
