Americolor is my go to brand from gel food coloring. I use it in my royal icing. It colors quickly and one bottle will last you a long time. It does stain your skin so just be aware of that. This is a good value for your money.,

I love all my AmeriColor products. I bought royal blue instead of navy blue, so I added some black to turn it navy. My cookie monster cupcakes and treats came out great.
