Will these fit on olympic size barbells?

They will not slide over the end of an olympic barbell, as the inner hole is not quite large enough. There is, however, another product called "fractional weight plates" that works with Olympic barbells. For Nuobells, can you add these to the 5lb core to get effective 7.5 lbs? My concern is the nuobell core is plastic, so not sure these would stick?

According to Rogue Fitness, the Nuobells "...uses real, machined steel weight plates..." so, yes, the platemates would work. I use them with IronMaster and they connect to the end plate screws on them quite well (in fact, it's sometimes difficult to pull them off!)

What is the diameter of the donut 1.25lbs weights?

Dimensions: 4-1/2" (11.43cm) outside diameter, 1-7/8" (4.875cm) inside diameter, 1/2" (1.27cm) thickness

Will these work with square IronMaster dumbells?

YES! I bought them particularly because I was an IronMaster distributor and wanted something for the "in-between" weights (I couldn't convince them to produce a 1.25lb plate). I use them with my Quick-Locks as well as on the long bars. They are a bit pricey, but I'm considering a 2nd pair. Worth every nickel!
