Didnt work but looked great
The engraving look super cool amd cute but boyfriend went to use it on an over night trip and it didn't work so his phone died.

no charging light
The instruction sheet and the box containing this power bank both say that there is a light to tell when fully charged and when charging. I can not find one on this product.

Ok
Ordered 2 of these one for me and my daughter, hers doesn’t work well. Only gets it to 2 percent. Mine works and charges it quicker so some of these devices must be faulty.
