The best brace I have purchased (out of ten different ones)!
Having carpal tunnel, I must sleep with a brace while waiting for surgery. I have gone through many in the last few months. This model and brand surpass my expectations. The velcro straps stay in place and do not try to come loose while sleeping. I am able to adjust the fit perfectly with the three straps so that there is no movement of the device on my arm. Great brace for my needs and worth the price.

Amazing
These are the best. I wear them on both wrists for carpal tunnel and tendinitis and I love them. As long as I wear them my carpal tunnel is very minimal and I only get a little tingling with repetitive movements. The comfort of the little hand pillow is unmatched by any of the other braces I have tried, it makes it so the brace supports your hand without being super rigid. The fabric inside the brace is very soft.I usually leave the Velcro closed and just slide them on and off because it's easier than trying to close the Velcro in the dark as I'm going to bed. If I could change anything I would make them glow in the dark or at least white so it was easier to find them in my bed. I swear I put them next to me and then turn off the light and they somehow disappear into my blankets and pillows 😂

Highly Recommended
I have mild carpal tunnel in one wrist and arthritis started in both of my thumbs. These splits are comfortable to wear at night and are not too hot to wear. They really keep the hands and wrists from bending/contorting while one sleeps. Note that these are only for use while sleeping.

Great for ulnar nerve issues. Design needs work.
Firstly, I suffer from fibromyalgia. That means that my nerves often behave as though they are entrapped or inflamed. I'd been waking up with from fingertips to elbows numbness in both my arms. When the tingles would finally subside I'd find my grip weakened and a lot of arm pain peripherally. This became so problematic that I began dropping things. One of my hobbies is needlework, and I found it to be impossible to hold the needle. I noticed that I curl my wrists inward and close my hands when I sleep. I did some research and found information about ulnar nerve entrapment. Researching further showed me several fibro sufferers whose bodies behaved as though the nerves were entrapped even though they weren't. This specific brace was recommended the most often. It was an inexpensive step to try them first before seeking medical help. They worked like a charm.Inside the brace is a small cushion that rests in the palm of your hand. When worn correctly the cushion acts as a soft preventative measure to clenching your hands into a first. It's soft and not so restricting that makes you feel like your hand is pinned open. It just works to gently keep you from closing your hand in the night. Imagine if you're laying in bed and roll a quite large pillow onto one side of your body. You instinctively won't roll over it. The cushion is much the same. Your hand meets soft resistant and stays open. The bracing portion itself is stiff from end to end without being uncomfortable. It completely prevents your wrists from curling in. I seldom wake with numb hands anymore, and my arm pain is greatly reduced. Any numbness is typically related to shoulder position now. I'd definitely suggest giving these a try as a first step. That said, there are things about the design I really dislike. The hook closures don't have a loop mate. It catches on the body of the brace itself. I think it REALLY needs the loops. Honestly, I'd prefer a design that involves a strap through a plastic loop then back to velcro (such as these: DonJoy ComfortFORM Wrist Support Brace: Right Hand, Medium). It's extremely difficult to fasten the second one once my first brace is on. I actually wear them loosely now because I found the best way to get them on is to slip them over my hands like gloves. In short, they work well. I've yet to find any other similar design I like better. There are things I would change, and I still might do that. I can work a needle again! I might add the straps myself.

LOVE IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This was a God send!!!! I had horrible tingling and numbness that was waking me up at night in my right hand. I had a regular wrist brace but it did not help. I saw this on Amazon and bought it. I have worn this brace every night for about three weeks now. The tingling is gone. Some numbness in the tip of my ring finger and middle finger still lingers but not bad at all. I had to see an OT this week. I took the brace with me so she could see what I was using. She agreed it was a really a good, well constructed brace with good padding. I am still wearing it and have been able to sleep without waking up in pain. I highly recommend it.

Best wrist support out there
I have worn wrists supports off and on my whole adult life. I have run into issues like the material being itchy, velcro doesn't hold, too weak, uncomfortable, etc. I have nothing bad to say about these at all. They are extremely comfortable. They can be worn on either hand. They are made with curves and support in all the right places. The velcro is still holding good and there is no itching. The extra pad on the inside is a game changer. It gives your hand something to hold it in the right position. I'm sure these will wear out eventually, and when they do I will get another pair.

Ended my nighttime numb hands problem!
I was having a problem with numb hands at night—which would wake me up, or, if I woke up for another reason, keep me awake. I had trouble getting into a sleeping position which was comfortable but did to cause my hands to get worse. I got nighttime wrist braces at the recommendation of my orthopedist and my results could not have been better! I sleep with them on every night (both hands) and I have not had one minute of nighttime numb hands since then. The braces are super-comfortable—there is a big padded section inside that your palm naturally nestles around—love that feeing! Velcro straps are adjustable and easy to use. Does not interfere with my FitBit sleep tracking. Have only had them a few weeks so can't comment on longevity, but right now I LOVE this product!!!

Worked Great!
I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel recently. Hand numb and at times painful at night.I tried another splint before this one. It provided some relief, but I found that it wasn’t completely effective for me because it still allowed me to curl my fingers down to my palm - even though the wrist was stable. This brace does NOT allow me to curl my fingers. And holds the wrist in a stable position. Provides much better relief!
