I got this product today but its not starting. How to start? I put it into charging almost 1 hour. But still not starting.

Steps count stops after few mins. Date and data wont change after date changes

I bought this Smart watch for my kid as he wanted a square face watch in color. This is a good quality watch and comes with numerous features that we're trying out. All the features we've tried are working and I did not face any problem in setting it up and handling over to my kid. There are multiple features available on the watch and the touchscreen is quite responsive. The display is colorful and the watch looks stylish and cool and my gift is really being appreciated. I'm happy with my purchase as it fulfills my requirement.

Amazing smartwatch or One can say almost a mini smartphone. We are getting sim, memory card, calls, text and internet browser for net surfing which works great. At this price this watch is just amazing product. Hands up!!

Quite often the screen freezes showing the display of 3 symbols - for stop, pause and replay... difficult to escape from this screen display . Nothing regarding this is in instruction manual
