Frustrated!
I was pretty excited to try this. It is too pink for me, which is fine because I can blend it in. It's actually way more coverage than I expected! I'm used to BB creams(have not used foundation in years) Been using it for two months, and although it covers my hyper-pigmentation, it does break me out! I have a million tiny under the skin bumps and pretty sure it's from using this.

Meh....it's "ok"
What I love: This goes on silky smooth. I mean, really silky smooth. It is feather light, dries instantly and is so luxurious that you truly don't feel like you have anything on. Coverage is decent but not flawless and not absolutely perfect. Still, it is complementary to your skin tone and looks quite natural and lovely. What I don't like: It does not smooth out and can settle into wrinkles. Not horribly and let's face it, if you have wrinkles, there really isn't much you can do besides get a face lift. Still, it would be nice to cover the small ones. From this point, it does last quite a long time, which is good but it's really hard to get off. Regular facial cleansers will not remove it, soap will not remove it and I even used a cleansing oil first, then my facial cleanser twice and it finally got most of it off. What is this stuff that it basically becomes part of your skin??? That makes me itch if I don't get it all off and it will make me break out. I find this does tend to make me break out so I don't wear it everyday.Bottom line: I like it, it's fine. I'm not sure I will buy it again though as it's hard to remove and it might be that I am sensitive to one of the ingredients in it and that causes some blemish issues. I do love how it goes on, the color I chose was perfect. It's a good quality product for sure. I say, give it a try and see what you think. As far as the "smell" goes that folks are complaining about, I have a VERY sensitive sniffer and I really didn't find this offensive. I actually thought it was pleasant and earthy. My boys thought it smelled like aromatic FLARP. LOL!!! There is a slight "playdough" smell to it but overall it just smells like plants and it doesn't last past 10 minutes of putting it on.

Flawless Foundation
Just got this foundation, knowing nothing about the product or shade I was getting. And I am very pleased with how it feels on my face. And the shade matched perfectly. I posted a picture of me with the foundation on. I'm almost 58years old.

Best all natural foundation!!!
I love this foundation so far! I have recently been trying to gradually switch all my toiletries to all natural products. I tried an all natural foundation several years ago, and it just wasn’t great unfortunately. So when I decided recently to switch everything to all natural products, I was honestly dreading the search for an all natural foundation and assumed that I would have to go through many before finding a good one. Well that was NOT the case! This was actually the first one I’ve tried this go round, and it’s great! :) I have normal-dry skin that is really sensitive/acne prone...I do have to prep my skin pretty well with a good moisturizer if I don’t want the foundation to look dry/cakey, but as long as I do that, then I think it looks great! I feel like it has great coverage as well. I usually start with a couple pumps for my entire face and neck (I blend all the way to my collar bone), which gives a sheer-light coverage. I then add yellow concealer under my eyes and a little green here and there to other areas when needed. I then go back over those yellow/green concealers with a little more of the foundation. This allows my skin to shine through over most of my face, but gives me a little extra coverage where needed. All in all, I feel like you can get anywhere from sheer to medium coverage with this (even without the concealers-I’ve tried it without!), which is great! I don’t feel like it settles into my lines like most foundations I’ve been using recently, and it hasn’t caused any breakouts (in fact, it may even be helping 🤔). Oh! And I think it smells amazing! 😊 It did get just a bit oily by the end of the day the first time I wore it, so now I like to set it with a little translucent powder, but then I spritz my face with just a couple sprays of rose water. I have found that to be the best way (for my skin personally) to set it, and keep it from being oily, but not causing my face to look dry from the powder. All that being said, I haven’t even tried it with a primer yet, which I’m sure would be the icing on the cake! Thanks for caring about what your customers are putting on their skin, and for making such a great product!!In the first pic I’m wearing the Skin2Spirit foundation. Not the best lighting for this pic, but totally unfiltered. I also had VERY little sleep and got up, did my foundation as described in the review, added a little color (Skin2Spirit blush-Cinnamon) to my cheeks, and went. So excuse the bags under my eyes, and my tired look lol For reference: I will be 36 next month. I have had A LOT of sun (fake and real) in those years, which means I’m starting to get quite a few wrinkles(mostly forehead, but also around my eyes and my nasolabial folds). I also have some acne scars and large pores on my nose and cheeks, and even have some newly healing acne at the moment (although I haven’t really gotten any new breakouts since switching to this foundation). I have also included some make-up free pics (red shirt) for reference. These pics are recent, but not recent enough to show the breakouts (healing) that I currently have.

Unlike other 'cruelty free' foundations this is easy to blend and smooth
I bought Better'n Ur Skin, Sandy Beige. This is about the right shade for me, but a little bit rosier/warmer than I expected and just a tiny bit darker. I decided to purchase the Bisque so that I can blend my own shades. In a few months with more sun exposure I'm sure the Sandy Beige will be perfect. I end up doing this with every brand of foundation I purchase anyway.I have purchased several 'cruelty free' foundations from various manufacturers. My previous experience is that once they touch your face they are no longer blendable. For example, if I apply the foundation and notice it needs smoothing it just rubs off leaving a weird bare patch, so that I have to wash my face and start over. And it's imperative to go back and recheck, because minutes after applying the streaks and patches become more visible. I found them to be difficult to apply without streaking, and too heavy for sponge or brush application. I need coverage but when all this settles into my various imperfections (wrinkles, blemishes, dry flakes) it is not attractive. This product is different. It blends and smooths easily. It doesn't grab all the wrong textures on my face like the others. Granted I haven't tried them all, but I don't need to now. I'll stick with Better'n Ur Skin - really dumb name for a great product.
