The original remote for my sound bar died. I thought I could live without it, but getting up to adjust the volume when watching shows in the middle of the night sucks. This does the job. Easy to connect too.

Works great for my JBL 3.1 only thing it lacks is a deticated surround button for the 3.1. However all other features work. Would be 5 star if it controlled that.

Bought this to replace JBL 3.1 bar remote. No instructions or packaging came with it, and did not work “out of box” as listing and other reviews indicate. Tried pairing manually with instructions on JBL’s site, but did not work. This is junk, you should avoid.

Wow can’t believe the review I read was true but the responsiveness of this remote is better than the original. My toddler threw the original in the trash and now I suspect she knew what was up 🧐😂

No complaints about this remote. Bought it to replace my original that got lost in a vehicle somewhere. This one is identical to the original. Came with the battery installed ready to go.

Unable to change EQ on JBL BAR 3.1. SOUNDSHIFT button does not work, Bluetooth button does not work either. Limited functionality. Way too much to pay for something only partially compatible.

When you push a button it usually takes 3-4 pushes before it responds. This is with volume up/down/mute and bass. Does work as long as your not in a hurry
